APPRECIATE YOUR WIFE
A young man reported his wife to his Father.
She is too lazy, she can’t raise a finger, I’ve never seen a woman that is this lazy in my life, I am really tired of her, she closes from work at 3pm, gets home by 4pm and when I arrived by 7pm; my food is not ready and most times the house is very dirty. It’s really annoying.
The Father told him to send his wife over for some training. The woman went to her Father In-Law leaving their three Children with the husband.
After two days the Man called her father to ask when his wife will return, the Father said she has not concluded her training.
He called a day later; the Father said the same thing.
The next day he drove down to his Father’s house to take his wife home. His father laughed and said, but you said she is lazy; I wanted you, who isn’t lazy to do her job for two weeks.
The man protested. He said the children won’t allow him rest. He pleaded with the father to allow his wife return, acknowledging that she is not lazy at all.
It is very easy to under-estimate the role of a woman at home and her usefulness. But just imagine your life without her in that house for a week; it can be terrible, so appreciate your wife.
No woman is perfect, but every wife is a worker, no woman is 100% but if you look at their score cards they often get a pass mark.
I don’t know your wife, but I know mine and I appreciate her to high heavens, My Dear babe, Oluwayomi you are too good, you are the best, i appreciate you, i love you.
Does that mean she is perfect? No shoe she doesn’t have to be. Am i perfect? Not at all, but i celebrate this great worker in my house, if you don’t celebrate yours, who will?
