I’m talking to you today about PUTTING YOUR FAMILY FIRST – Part 1
Fabian Deph is an English professional footballer who plays as midfielder or left back for Premier League club Manchester City and the English national team.
He was part of the England squad to Russia 2018 World Cup. Delph had to fly out of Russia to London after playing in his country’s 1-nil defeat to Belgium, to attend to his wife who was due to give birth to their third Child.
He missed England’s 2nd round match against Colombia which they won beating Colombia on penalties.
Gareth Southgate, England’s Coach was fully aware – and supportive – of Delph’s desire to be at the birth of his child.
Speaking about the situation Delph said: “My Coach has been fantastic. There’s nothing more important than family to me – family always comes first and always will.”

Fabian Deph demonstrated what it means to be a true family man by putting his Family first.
Many abandon their homes for so called greener pastures abroad, as beautiful as this may look; it’s not the best for your Family. I know a Man and his wife who left their Teenage Children in Nigeria for a new life abroad only to suffer the loss of two of the three children as they joined bad gangs and got killed.
Women are known to put their families first but lots of Men don’t really care, they abandon their Families to pursue money, jeopardizing the future of their Children.
A man left Nigeria 17 years ago leaving his young family behind, he has not visited them since. He started complaining when his Children refused to pick his calls few months ago.
Put your family first because family is the only thing that will last.
