The following are the characteristics of a christian wife:
1) FEAR OF GOD:
Proverbs 31:29-31
[29] Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. [30] Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord , she shall be praised.
[31] Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.
<> A wife can be a good wife only by being a good woman. And she can be a good woman in the true sense only by being a Christian woman who fears The Lord.
<> Nowhere but in Christ—can she find the wisdom and strength she needs
<> A christian wife is simply a wife who fears The Lord enough to obey Him in all his dealings.
2) A WOMAN OF PRAYER
Psalm 68:12 KJV
Kings of armies did flee apace: and she that tarried at home divided the spoil.
— The strongest weapon of a Christian wife is her prayer life
— She prays for herself
— Prays for her Husband
— Prays for her Children
3) SHE IS A TOTALLY FAITHFUL WOMAN
Proverbs 31:11
The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.
— Faithful financially
— Faithful sexually
— Not deceitful: She will never talk ill of her husband in his absence.
— Totally honest
4) FULL OF WISDOM
Proverbs 14:1
Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.
<> She is still growing,she is committed to growth
<> She has wisdom to handle in-laws
<> She has wisdom to handle her Children rightly and raise them for God.
<> She has wisdom to balance career and family life
<> Above all She has wisdom to Handle her husband rightly
She has perfect understanding of her husband needs
5 MAJOR NEEDS OF HUSBANDS
These are the major needs of Men in their marriage:
1) NEED TO BE RESPECTED
2) NEEDS FOR CAREER SUPPORT
3) NEED FOR GOOD HOUSE
4) GOOD LOOK OF THEIR WIVES
5) NEED FOR GOOD SEX
