Marriage and family life is a journey of valleys, mountains, rocks, forest, gullies and green field. You must persistently pursue your dream of a great home irrespective of the threats and oppositions.
Don’t let the devil scare you. Just pursue your dreams.
In marriage, you are never given a perfect partner, you are not perfect either. Marriage is not meant for someone who doesn’t want to be offended You will be offended, but don’t allow offense determine your destiny. Forgive your spouse and move on.
It was Craig Lounsbrough that said
“Rather than being incensed by the nature of the bruise, maybe we should be inspired by the possibilities in the bruise.”
Let humour be part of your marital journey. Do not entertain offence.
Forgive your spouse. You can’t build a house without making a mud, mistakes are part of the deal in marriage. Matured people forgive, quality people let go, only little-minded people bear grudges and refuse to forgive.
When you refuse to forgive, you imprison yourself in the web of offence. Forgive and let the prisoner go. Marriage brings two people of different backgrounds, belief and orientation together which often generate conflict and disagreement.
Like that rabbit in the story I told you earlier don’t give up on your dream of a great marriage. Let go of offence and make it work.

Have a blissful day
