• Good cooking. Men most especially should not just eat their wives’ food and go away as is nothing happened, please know how to appreciate the cooking of your life.

• Appreciate your spouse for marrying and loving you.
• Appreciate the beauty of your spouse, women most especially love to hear “you look beautiful”, “you look nice”, “you look like a queen”, etc. arise appreciate the beauty queen that lives in your house. Is she not beautiful? She is? Then say it.
• Outlook. Appreciate your spouse’s good dressing, hair do, shoes, etc. this is another thing every woman enjoys.
• Appreciate good character and habit of your mate
• Fidelity. Have you ever appreciate your spouse for been sexually faithful to you? Go ahead, do it, it’s worth been appreciated.
• Relationship with God. Appreciate your spouse for loving, fearing and serving the Lord

• Motherhood. Appreciate your wife for being a good mother to your children. For their pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc.
