15 THINGS TO DO SO AS NEVER TO MISS OPPORTUNITY AGAIN IN LIFE Part 1

Many people missed opportunities in life because they were not ready when it came knocking. Let me show you what you must do urgently so as not to miss an opportunity.
1: know your bank details off-hand, when you “hear send me your bank details” never say “later today”, or “I’ve given you before” Let me get home” just text it or dictate it on the phone immediately. Just say
So and so bank
Account number
Account name
Then wait for the alert, it can even be an alarm.
2: Never go out without your Updated CV on your phone or maybe with a Physical copy. Also, When someone requests your CV “send me your CV” let it get to them in 5 Minutes.
3: Ability to Drive: Somebody lost a great Job after all the interviews they picked the two best candidates, but they had to drop him because he does not know how to drive
4: Driver’s license: Don’t just know how to drive, get a driver’s license, life may not wait for you to get ready, don’t get ready, live ready.
5: international Passport: You may just have the opportunity to travel abroad when you least expected, be ready. A Guy joined an Italian Company in Nigeria on Monday, on Wednesday it was announced to the employees he met there to send their international passport for urgent training in Italy, none of them had one, so they asked the guy, he went back home, brought his international passport, he went to Italy for Six Month he came back to come and become the Boss of those he met at the Company though he was a fresh graduate, get ready for your opportunity.
6: Photo Passport: You may need to provide your Photo passport on an urgent document, just open your wallet and bring one out, that is what is called DESTINY READINESS.
7: Bussiness Card: Freely give out your call card, it is not meant to be in your wallet, give it to people everywhere and daily.
8: Self-introduction: Don’t hesitate to tell people what you do any time you speak in public, introduce yourself by stating your name and what you do. A guy was in the crowd on a particular TV talk show. He had the opportunity to comment, he started by saying “My name is Mike I am a very good Website developer, and you will do well to give your job to me” Everybody laughed, he then made his comment and sat down calmly, he got three jobs through that 1 minute statement.
9: Never say I don’t know how to do it: When we just started ministry, I was only into Marriage teachings, someone asked me one day, “Are you into parenting teaching too” I did not wait, I said yes, I was booked for a seminar and I went home to develop myself and get ready for the seminar, that launched me into another world of opportunity. Today I have more than 20 Books on Parenting.
10: Return calls: If you miss a call please call back or simply send a text, that call may be what your life has been waiting for.
11: Stop checking your email, allow email to check on you. This may look confusing but let me explain. Before I explain let me tell you the dangers of checking emails. My Wife got a Job for one young Man in one of the biggest accounting firms in Nigeria, they invited him for an urgent interview but he did not check his mail for two days.
My Wife called the People when she thought they were delayed but they said they’d sent him mail and he did not show up, she called the guy who was using an iPhone but his email was not set on the phone, so he had to go to his Laptop to check the mail, he missed that great opportunity.
There was a time when I used to go to Cybal cafe to check my mail, but Phone came and I began to check it on my phone by opening Gmail every day, more modern phones stopped all that. Now almost all Phones have a feature where you can set up your email and it will be dropping like text messages.
You don’t need to separate special time to do check your mail, you will see it on your phone with notifications. After my prayer in the Morning, the next thing I do is to check my emails, just the way many of you only check your WhatsApp messages.
How to set up email on your Phone:
Go to setting—mail- Account- add account
Put your email address on “add account” with pass word follow instructions from your Phone and see your mail dropping on your Phones every minute.
12: Go for your master’s degree: Don’t wait on your BA or BSc go for your master’s degree, you don’t need to leave your job, you can do it online now
13: Get more skills: Get more skills, learn driving, graphic designing, video editing, email marketing, digital marketing, etc put your skills in your CV, which may open great Doors for you. employer will like a guy who can drive, knows email marketing, graphic designing, and even edit videos than one who knows only about Tax and auditing.
14: Register a business name: if you have any side hustle make sure you register a company as a business name. business opportunity will come and they will demand the name of your business they won’t go with “Olanla Omodele or Okechukwu Amadi” They want a registered business and they won’t wait for you to rush to the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) to do that. Call a Lawyer now, register a venture, enterprise, etc. Don’t register a limited company for now, it is more costly to register, don’t register it except you want to do business and you are ready to handle Tax matters.
15: Always dress to look like where you want to be: You may miss an opportunity if you always dress shabbily. A young heavily built man was known for dressing very well. One day, as a Job seeker, he dressed well and went out, somebody saw him and said “You dress like a DSS officer, you have the height also” he told him to come to his office, and he got there only to discover that the Man was a top DSS officer, The Young Man is a DSS officer today because he dressed very well.
