LIES THEY TELL YOUR SON ABOUT LOVE, SEX AND MARRIAGE.
The following are the lies friends, class mates and the media have been telling your son, you need to know them so that you may be able to correct them and teach your son the right thing.
1: LACK OF SEX CAUSES STOMACH ACHE- LIE
TRUTH: This is one of the major lies going round the peer groups of your son.
Satan has used this lie to destroy many budding talents as it deceives them into going into premarital sex.
Sex is not a cure for stomach ache. Tell him that stomach ache is normal to young men but when it is severe, a physician should be contacted.
2: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SEX, YOU ARE NOT A BIG BOY- LIE
TRUTH: Give the right orientation to your son about sex; otherwise his peers would do it wrongly. Tell him that sexual urge is a normal occurrence in boys, but it must not be obeyed now because it may lead to sexually transmitted infections like gonorrhea, HIV/AIDS Distraction and unwanted pregnancy. All these can destroy a glorious destiny and can also lead to untimely death. Boys without a future engage in pre-marital sex while boys with great a destiny obey God by waiting to have sex in marriage.
3: YOU MAY BE BORN GAY- LIE
TRUTH: Nobody is born gay. God does not create anyone so. And for anyone to claim to be one is a misplaced identity.
God creates man to marry woman. It is not the other way round as gay practices. This is a demonic sign of the end time and no gay will escape the judgment of God except he repents. Tell him to watch out for boys like this and to avoid them. Tell him now to avoid them before they lure him into it.
4: DRUG AND ALCOHOL MAKES YOU A REAL MAN- LIE
TRUTH: Media adverts make smoking and alcohol the right thing to do by real men and great guys. Let your boy know that drug and alcohol damage health and future and they can cause untimely death. Prayerfully inform him that anybody that takes them is an enemy he should run away from. Drug and alcohol make one a nuisance and an enemy of the state. Real men focus on God and pursue their visions in life.
5: MASTURBATION IS GOOD FOR YOU- LIE
TRUTH: Masturbation is now rampant among boys like never before. Though we advise them not to engage in premarital sex but there is erroneous idea among boys that masturbation is not wrong. But explain to him that masturbation destroys psychologically and it kills creativity in the life of anyone that engages in it and it is a sin as it involve lust
