PREGNANCY IS NOT A DISEASE
At least you know I am carrying your baby, I am pregnant and you don’t expect me to still be stressing myself doing chores when you can help. This has been her disposition since she got pregnant but her husband isn’t finding them funny at all.
Come, I know you are not pregnant in your hands and when has pregnancy become a disease that prevents people from being active and productive? Her husband replied.
Ade and Enny have been going through this since Enny got pregnant and her husband is not happy with the situation at all.
Enny no longer does anything in the house, she even resigned her job without her husband’s knowledge and her pregnancy is not high risk.
She is fine and carrying on beautifully well from the outcome of their several visits to their family Doctor.
Pregnancy no doubt is a blessing and you must be grateful to God for carrying that beautiful seed.
As a woman, it must not be used as an opportunity to be lazy as there are lots of benefits that come with being active in pregnancy.
It helps to keep you and your baby healthy as well as help with a fast and stress-free delivery.
These and many more are the benefits you enjoy.
Don’t be idle while pregnant. Ofcourse this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get enough rest and know what your limits are.
But stop using pregnancy as an excuse to prevent you from doing your normal daily activities, you are only not permitted to stress yourself.
Stop singing don’t you know I’m pregnant to your husband because he actually knows that you are carrying his baby.
Pregnancy is not a disease but a blessing. You will enjoy this period and deliver safely.
