YOU NEED AN HELPER NOT A SUPPORTERS’ CLUB

When people have problems in their Marriage, they talk to Friends, Family members and fans who are members of their supporters clubs. All these people will not tell them the truth, but only tell them what they want to hear. This has never helped any marriage.

If you have problems in your marriage, talk to people that will help you, experts that will open your eyes to your blind spots and your fault and teach both of you what to do.

Take Joe and Paula as example. Joe didn’t realize how his partying and drinking were affecting Paula.

“I was having fun. And I figured if she was still home when I got there … that was enough,” Joe says. He didn’t understand that Paula was suffering, that their relationship was suffering.

“I was angry with Joe for introducing me to that lifestyle … I just wanted out,” Paula says.

When Paula met someone else who she thought would give her the life she wanted, Joe was stunned.

“I didn’t realize that the things I was doing at that point were moving me towards losing her. I remember saying, ‘Just help me, Lord; I’ll do anything. Just bring my family back,’ ” Joe says.

Neither of them had much hope that the relationship could be saved, but God had other plans. Joe begged Paula to go for counselling, and she hesitantly agreed. Through counselling, Joe and Paula came across Experts that talked to them and they began to talk through their issues.

Today, Joe and Paula are experiencing a life they didn’t think was possible. Their family is whole again, and their children, including a new daughter named Azaria, will grow up with the firm foundation of parents who pursue each other as God intended

“We named her Azaria, which means help from God,” Paula says

When there are issues in Marriage, people are known to declare war on their spouses and talk to people that will support their course, they talk to their Families, Friends and Fans, those they know will take sides with them, i call them supporters Club, some others will keep quiet and suffer in silence.

My counsel for you today is, Don’t die in silence, but don’t talk to wrong people, seek help in the right place, there is still hope for your marriage.
