IS HE DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE?
“Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint.” Proverbs 25:19
A man that is dependable and reliable is a man that can be trusted to do what you need or expect. He is a man you are sure will fulfill his promise or what he is supposed to do.
Just as a broken tooth cannot crack bones and a foot out of joint cannot sustain its owner, a man that is unreliable cannot be depended on; he will definitely disappoint you.
Is this man in question reliable? Can you repose your confidence in him?
Forget about his sweet tongue, his blabbing, and his position because they do not matter. What matters is, can you depend on him? Is he worthy of your trust? Are you really sure?
A lot of women are married to men who are not dependable at all. Many of these men have abandoned their homes, leaving their family in the cold. Do you want to fall in the hands of a man like this? God forbid!
Check this man out again; does he normally fulfill his promise? Does he tell the truth always? Does he fulfill his promises to other people? Does he keep to time? Does he accept responsibilities for his actions?
Don’t be blindfolded by his gifts; please open your eyes and let the Lord lead you.
