9 SECRETS OF A WISE WOMAN

“Every wise woman buildeth her house, but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands” (Proverbs 14:1)
Though, when young men are looking for wives; they do emphasize outward appearance than inner development, wisdom and intellectual prowess. But after the wedding; all men expect their wives to be very wise and intelligent. So it will be right if say, it takes WISDOM to keep a man that BEAUTY won for you. It takes a good attitude to maintain a man that your gift got you. So sister, GET WISDOM!
“Wisdom is the principal things, therefore get wisdom and with all thy getting;
get understanding” (Proverbs 4:7)
Your nagging can not win him, you can’t get his attention by fighting, but this you can do by wisdom.
Your academics attainment cannot build a great marriage for you, your beauty can remove agony from matrimony, but your wisdom can put harmony into that matrimony and turn your marriage around forever.
“Through wisdom is a house buildeth, and by understanding it is established. And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and Pleasants riches. A wise man is strong yea, a man of knowledge increaseth in strength. (Proverbs 24:3-5).
- Speak With Wisdom.To make your husband your own forever, you must know how to talk to him with wisdom and discretion. You must become a communication expert, you must know the when what and how of communication. You must know how to talk and how to listen, your speech must be full of grace seasoned with salt. This you can do by using “
– Right tone
– Right timing
– Right presentation
– Right use of words
- Act with Wisdom. Your attitude must be right, you must act right, you must be of good behaviour base on the word of God. Your attitude towards your husband, children, in-laws, neighbours, etc must be based on wisdom and noble character.
- Think with Wisdom. Positive thinking is a sign of wisdom, negative thinking comes from an unwholesome mind and it is not based on sound wisdom.
- Relate With Your Husband With Wisdom. Your relationship with your husband must be based on the wisdom of God, you can’t handle your boss in the office, he is more than that, you need to learn how to relate as a friend, wife, confidants, supporter, bed-mate, mother, helper and partner.
- Give Him Wise Suggestions.Men like wives that can give them wise suggestions, women that can be their thinking partners. This you can be for your husband if you are the thoughtful type. If you always give him good suggestions he will always love to talk to you.
- Handle In-laws Wisely. In-laws can be terrible if you don’t handle them wisely, they may be terrible and difficult turning from in-law to ‘ill-luck’ if you handle wisely.
- Handle Life Wisely. Yourpositions as a wife, mother and career woman are demanding; you need wisdom to balance life, a life that gives the best, you must not live a lopsided life. You are expected to be a solid Christian, a great wife, a good mother and a successful career or businesswoman, you see; you need wisdom to be all these.
- Handle Conflict Wisely.Learn to handle conflict, misunderstanding, anger, unmet expectations wisely. Don’t allow conflict to determine your life; rather determine what you will do with the conflict. Be in charge!
- Handle Money Wisely.You can’t handle money anyhow; it will hurt you and your marriage. Learn how to make money, how to manage it well by spending it wisely saving it and investing it.
