12 REASONS WHY YOU MUST NOT REJECT YOUR WIFE’S FOOD WHEN YOU ARE ANGRY WITH HER

I spoke to a man who had been rejecting his wife food for some months because he was angry with his wife.
He said “Pastor Bisi Adewale, let me tell you my decision about my wife. I will not eat her food or sleep with her again until she brings her father to come and beg me, I told her this three months ago and since she refused to bring her parents to beg me, let her eat her food herself, let me eat-out or cook my food myself”
I said “Mr……….. you won’t eat her food until she brings her parents to come and beg you? are you wise? Is that Wisdom?”
He said, he was very wise and that what he was doing is better than beating or killing her.
Then I said, “Let me tell you 12 reasons reason why you are not Wise and I want you to write them down”
I gave him a Pen and he wrote out his foolishness himself like this:
- The wife is yours
- The food is yours
- The House is yours
- The money that was used to cook the food is yours
- The foodstuffs used to cook the food is yours
- The Pot used to cook the food is yours
- The plate used to serve the food is yours
- The Gas used to cook the food is yours
- The Table where the food is set is yours
- The anger is yours
- The hunger is yours
- The foolishness is also yours
I told him to rewrite it and put “Mine” to replace “Yours”
When he got to the part of foolishness in the list above, he got the message, he couldn’t write it, he dropped the pen and looked at me like a child seeing a masquerade for the first time, he was really sorry for himself.
I told him, “Mr. If you must reject your Wife’s food please call me, I will be glad to eat your food because I am not angry with your wife, I am only hungry and I am not foolish. Can you please proof to me that you are not doing the 12th point?
I did not say more than that, he got up quickly and went back home and he ate his Wife’s Food that night like a child eating yoghurt, like a monkey eating banana and of course, he entered into the other room he left in the last three months, Kai, he had missed a lot. I trust myself, I will first eat before I get angry.
