WHY YOU MUST LOVE YOUR YOUR WIFE There are many reasons why you must love your wife I think you need to know them:

1. It is the commandment of the Lord. “Husbands, love your wives even as Christ also loved the church and gave himself for it”. (Ephesians 5:22) 2. It makes marriage to be easier and blissful.

3. It makes submission easier for the wife.

4. It is a promise that must be kept. Before you married her, I know you promised to love and care for her, if you do these, it means you are really keeping your promise.

5. It breeds unity and harmony in the family.

6. It makes parenting easier.

7. It helps to eliminate or minimize conflict.

8. It brings the presence of the Lord into the home.

9. It is a good example for the children.

10. It makes your marriage to be a model for others as it preaches Christ without a pulpit

. 11. It breeds fondness, oneness, togetherness, attachment bond and intimacy.

12. It helps to eliminate strange women as your focus of will be towards your wife only.

Can you now see that there are many reasons why husbands must love their wives. However, loving you as a wife is not automatic, you must play your part of the bargain, make yourself loveable.
