2. BAD MARRIAGE

The best thing you can do for yourself and future is to consciously build a good home. Your marriage should be a role model to people around you. You can’t adequately prepare for a good life without a good spouse. Learn how to make your marriage work; do not pretend that all is well when they are not. Rise up to build a glorious marriage for a better tomorrow
3. SPENDING LOANS ON FRIVOLITIES. Loans are meant for viable projects and not for burial ceremonies, weddings, birthdays, etc. if you are fortunate to get one, kindly spend it wisely by buying a land, build a house, invest wisely, etc. Differentiate between needs and wants. Be a wise spender. If you are not prudent, you will spend all your earnings on personal needs
4. NOT IMPROVING YOURSELF
Earth is not stagnant, the business environment is not static hence, those who want to remain relevant in them must not remain on the same spot. If you want to get to the top and remain at the top, you must be improving yourself constantly by reading, attending seminars and other life enrichment programme. Be a dynamic person, if you fail to improve yourself, others who are fond of self improvement will become your boss and you become their messenger.
