Sex Factors in Marriage
The following are the factors that make sex thrilling and enjoyable. They improve sex and make home a better place.
Privacy: Privacy is very important; sex should be simply between a man and his wife, three is a crowd, do everything necessary and always make sure doors are firmly locked. Sex is not a street show, it is a room service.
Respect: Treat each other body with respect and honour. These do increase love and encourage intimacy.
Equality: Husband is the head of the family, but in bed, treat each other equally if you want romance to flow, no order, no command, no intimidation. You should also know that you deserve the enjoyment which sex can offer equally – orgasm is for all.
Consent: Sex should not be by force. It must not be under duress never give room for ‘marital rape.’ You can encourage each other, you can influence and seduce, but never have sex by force.
Creativity: Lack of creativity in the bedroom is the mother of sexual boredom. Boredom is the mother of sexual denial and infidelity. You can find new sex in your spouse if you want to. In the bedroom, enjoy looking at the nakedness of your spouse sensuously.
Acceptance: Accept your spouse the way he or she is. Celebrate what God has given to you.
Love: Sex in marriage is love making.
Trust: Total trust; do open the drum of passion. Lack of it does make women be afraid to give their body to their men because of the fear of venereal diseases. Build trust in your marriage. Trust is the mother of love. Love is the foundation of marriage.
Security: Make sure your spouse is secure; whatever you do in the bedroom must never be known by the third party. No ‘kiss and tell’ in marriage. Sex in marriage is secret, respect the secrecy in it.
