Family Finance: Giving as A way of Life
Everybody is ‘receive-crazy’, nobody want to give. In fact, people want to collect more than what is rightly theirs. That is the foundation of corruption in this nation, and that is what led to all manners of crimes in the world.
Today, crimes like armed robbery, drug pushing, hired assassins, prostitution, child trafficking, duping, etc are all off-shoot of ‘receive-crazy’ generation.
If you want to live a better life and be a man to be loved by all, a man of integrity and credibility; don’t take what does not belong to you rather, be a giver, be willing to give than to receive.
Let giving become your way of life, be a blessing to people around you. That is sure way to the blessing of the Lord. Prosperity is not a function of labour, it is a function of principles and one of the principles is giving. Giving is not a function of what you earn or what you have; it is your outward expectation of your love towards God and man.
Giving is a killer of greed, your ability to give is a sign that you have overcome greed. It takes greed to hoard; it takes freedom from greed to meet the need of others. Giving is a pathway to prosperity.
How to Give:
Give with the heart of love, give with expectation that God will bless you in return, give with humility, give in faith, give conveniently, give when it is not convenient
Why You Must Give:
– Giving will provoke God’s blessing upon your life.
– Giving makes your heaven to be open up
– Giving will free you from greed.
– Giving will open doors of favour for you
– Giving will make you to receive from God and man.
– Giving will preserve your in life.
– It is more blessed to give than to receive.
